1/4" TEE for MistAway® misting system tubing
MistAway® tees are used extensively in mosquito misting system installations.
It is typical to use a tee at each location you wish to locate a nozzle, otherwise use an elbow or coupling.
Each tree you decide to install a nozzle requires a tee at the base of the tree, more tubing up to eye level and either a coupling or elbow for the nozzle to plug into.
If your design has any lines that branch off, they will each need a tee.
If you want to add a nozzle into an existing line, use a tee.
Only the last nozzle on a run would you use an elbow instead of a tee, the exception is if the design creates a loop (one continuous circle without any dead ends). For most efficient fluid pressure, using loop design is preferable to long lines with dead ends.
