Terms & Conditions
1) Payment is due upon placing the order, before the order is shipped.
2) All returns MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
3) Defective items will be replaced at no charge, frieght free, all other items are less 20% handling / restocking fee.
4) Kits will only be accepted as a return as a complete kit, components are not returnable.
5) Items that qualify for return will be issued a return authorization ONLY if the item(s) are in new, clean, unopened condition.
6) Unless the retun is replacement of a defective item, customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
7) All returns must be insured by the shipper for the full value of the returned item(s).
8) INSECTICIDE (Riptide & Sector) ARE NOT RETURNABLE. ALL INSECTICIDE SALES ARE FINAL.
9) If altered, used, soiled, or otherwise in non-sellable condition item are returned, customer must pay shipping for their return to customer or the items may be picked up from us within 30 days. After 30 days the items will be classified as abandoned. Abandoned items will be discarded and we are not responsible.
